Requirements
Completed IT recruiting courses
Knowledge of basic candidate search tools (X-Ray, Boolean search and more)
Quick learner and self-organization
Focus on the result of work
Attention to details
Intermediate English level or higher
Responsibilities
Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels for a variety of roles across the business from entry to senior-level positions
Review resumes for requirements and pre-screen of candidates
Managing of candidate’s database, reports
Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs
Will be a plus
Work experience in a similar position from 0.5 year
Basic technical literacy in IT
Good research skills (understanding and hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Github, Indeed, etc)
